Aleksander Miszalski, a new president of Krakow, Poland's second largest city is being sworn in Krakow City Hall on May 7, 2024. After 21 year of the presidency of Jacek Majchrowski the city of nearly one million citizens has a new leader. Aleksander Miszalski represents Civic Coalition political party - liberal organization which recently won general election after years of right wing governorship in Poland.
